The biggest issue is clearly that point of non-consent among the two. If this has been going on since the girl was 13, or more importantly, below the age of consent, then regardless of whether or not the two agreed on it, this is statutory rape. This is straight up law, so if you got an issue with this, you got to take it up with the judiciary system.

However, if the acts were done when both were at age of consent (and of course both were consenting) then I see no problem. As log as the issues of children (which I point out far more for the genetic issues, then any moral act) are kept in line, nobody should have a problem. The world isn't going to end if two siblings have sex.

If there's a problem, it should be looked at logically. Two siblings having sex isn't wrong, despite what anyone might think. Two siblings having sex below the age of consent is wrong...as in illegal wrong. If children got involved, we'd get into potential issues of genetics, things that have been scientifically proven.

If we're talking about the US, it depends on the State and sometimes district, and thus varies to the degree of what is penalized.

Sexual Intercourse (And other forms of sexual acts) and marriage. Some States may penalize any form of incest. Some may only penalize sexual intercourse but not marriage and some may do the opposite where they only penalize marriage but not intercourse.

There are laws for and against incest various places in the world. Most states in the US and most countries in Europe have laws prohibiting incestious relations. Some places half-siblings can have a relationship and get married, but they require special approval from the government.

Speaking of that, what is the law on incest in Hungary?

Btk. 203. § (1) " if someone has sexual intercourse with his/her relative (within family). He/she commits crime, and therefore they d be punished for 5 years in prison

Btk. 203. § (2) If they are below age 18 they can not be punished.

Btk. 203. § (3) Those who has sex with their siblings will be punished for 2 years in prison.

So yeah they d have problem about that. if they d inform the law

So in hungary if you are below age of 18 you can have some unusual night with your sister/brother. ...odd

Greetings. I will be your waifu this season.

So you could just go at it like rabbits until one of you turns 18?

That seems rather weird

Laws are confusing. In some places incest is outright illlegal, other places it's okay up to a certain point, other places it's fine if someone is over 12.

When will people agree on things?
